Update examples/README file

Please update REAME file at https://github.com/h2oai/sparkling-water/tree/master/examples with new build process information.

I checked the documentation http://docs.h2o.ai/sparkling-water/2.4/latest-stable/doc/devel/running_examples.html and it seems it contains the valid information → it says to do gw dist first at http://docs.h2o.ai/sparkling-water/2.4/latest-stable/doc/devel/build.html#build

But I need to improve the examples readme to point to generated documentation as links does not work on this one and you can’t reach the link for building the doc.
