reflect inheritance between "Estimators" and "Models" in the docs

Description

In the Python API, the distinction between "Estimators" and "Models" is unclear.

If I create an H2OKMeansEstimator, the docs tell me that it inherits from h2o.estimators.estimator_base.H2OEstimator and h2o.model.model_base.ModelBase.

But nowhere does it explain that there is a separate groups of classes, e.g. H2OClusteringModel, H2ORegressionModel, etc... and that the estimators start to inherit their methods after training. And since it's not really proper inheritance, it also doesn't seem to show up in any sort of inheritance tree.

This could use some clarification.
